Martin Hollingsworth, M.D. Specialty: Internal Medicine / Pediatrics Dr. Hollingsworth is an Internist and a Pediatrician who treats newborns, children and adults. He received his M.D. degree from the Medical College of Georgia located in Augusta, Georgia. After which, he completed Internal Medicine and Pediatric residency programs at the University of Utah. He has obtained dual certifications; Board Certified as a fellow of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Board Certified as a fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics respectively.  Dr. Hollingsworth completed both residency programs in 2001 and began at CopperView in 2001.
	Paul Lei, M.D. Specialty: Pediatrics Dr. Lei is a Pediatrician who treats newborns and children through 21. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Utah, located in Salt Lake City, Utah. After which, he completed a Pediatric residency also at the University of Utah. He has had training at Primary Children's Medical Center and further subspecialty training in Asthma, Allergy, and Neonatalogy at Denver Children's Hospital. He is Board Certified as a fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics.  Dr. Lei completed his training in 2000 and he began at CopperView in 2001.  He now works full time at South Summit Pediatrics in Draper, Utah.
	Mary Tipton, M.D. Specialty: Internal Medicine / Pediatrics Dr. Tipton is an Internist and a Pediatrician who treats newborns, children and adults. She received her M.D. degree from the University of Utah, located in Salt Lake City, Utah. After which, she completed double residency programs at Wright State University School of Medicine, in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics respectively. She has obtained dual certifications; Board Certified as a fellow of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Board Certified as a fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics.  Dr. Tipton completed both residency programs in early 2006 and joined CopperView in the spring of 2006.
	Seth Wallace, M.D. Specialty: Family Medicine Dr. Wallace is a Family Medicine physician who treats newborns, children and adults. He received his M.D. degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, located in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his Family Medicine residency at St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is Board Certified as a fellow of the American Board of Family Medicine.  Dr. Wallace completed his residency in 2007 and joined CopperView that same year.
	Rodney Musselman, M.D. Specialty: Family Medicine Dr. Musselman is a Family Medicine physician who treats newborns, children and adults. He received his M.D. degree from Indiana School of Medicine in the year 2000. He completed his Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana in 2003. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.  Dr. Mussleman joined CopperView in December 2011, after practicing in Indiana.  He is married with two daughters.
	Vilate Thur, MSN, APRN Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner Vilate treats newborns, children and adults. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Westminster College. She is Board Certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  Vilate completed her training in 2002 and joined CopperView that year.
	Kevin Cottle, MSN, APRN Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner Kevin treats newborns, children and adults. He received his Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Utah. He is Board Certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  Kevin finished his training in 2006 and began at CopperView in the spring of 2007.
	Jololene Allan, MSN, APRN Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner Jololene treats newborns, children and adults. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Brigham Young University. She is Board Certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  Jololene completed her training in 2000 and joined CopperView in 2006.
	Caroleen Johnson, MSN, APRN Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner Caroleen treats newborns, children and adults. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Brigham Young University. She is Board Certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  Caroleen finished her training in 1999 and joined CopperView in 2003.
	Robert Ralston, MSN, APRN Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner Robert joined CopperView in November 2011.  Additional information will be added shortly.
	Clint Anderson, MS, PA-C Specialty: Physician Assistant Clint treats newborns, children and adults.  He received his Bachelor's of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He is certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  Clint completed his training in 2006 and joined CopperView in 2009.  He works part time at CopperView and full time at the Heart and Lung Institute.
	Patrick Hewitt, MS, PA-C Specialty: Physician Assistant Patrick treats newborns, children and adults. He received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Utah. He is certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  Patrick completed his training in 2006 and joined CopperView in 2007.  He works part time for CopperView and full time for South Valley Urology in West Jordan.
